CONDITION
·All our items listed are posted and sold either AS-IS or WORKING condition. You have 7 days from the date you receive the item or items to test & notify us if it is not working, failing to do so within the time frame will void any return policy that was offered. NO Warranty unless otherwise specified in description, ALL sales are final.
·Please understand that we do not have the equipment, facilities, or time to fully test every item. If we say the item works, then it was tested to the best of our ability.
·All items and contents are described to the best of our ability. We examine all items and supply all available Make/Model information. We do not have time to get detailed information beyond what is stated in the listing but will try to answer all questions in a timely manner.
POLICY
·If you feel we have grossly misrepresented an item, an RMA can be requested. You have 7 days from the date you receive the item or items to test & notify us if it is not working and states in the listing working.
·If issued, we will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible within 7 business days of its return OR we will issue store credit for any item in our store for the total sale price including shipping and handling, good for 30 days.
·Any return that does not have an RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
·Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email or phone message.

SHIPPING
·Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges unless stated in the auction. In ALL cases, the buyer pays for return shipping.
·Shipping and handling UPS GROUND or FEDEX or USPS is who we prefer to use. Our listing usually only offer one way in shipping however if you are wanting faster shipping, please make a note of that in the message box and I will confirm the price and send you a new invoice. ·Larger items are sometimes shipped using freight companies to reduce cost
