CONDITION

All equipment is sold AS-IS, no warranty unless otherwise specified in description and ALL sales are final and legally binding.

Please understand that we do not have the equipment, facilities, or time to fully test every item. If we say the item works, then it was tested to the best of our ability.

All items and contents are described to the best of our ability. We examine all items and supply all available Make/Model information. We do not have time to get detailed information beyond what is stated in the listing but will try to answer all questions in a timely manner.

POLICY

If you feel we have grossly misrepresented an item, an RMA can be requested.

If issued, we will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible within 7 business days of it's return OR we will issue store credit for any item in our store for the total sale price including shipping and handling, good for 30 days.

Any return that does not have an RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.

Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email or phone message.

If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, please check your spam and trash folders; we do try our best to stay on top of things. If you have a question about an existing eBay order or would like to know more about an item can be reached at 408-778-2001 or by email.

We are open Monday - Friday, 8-5 Pacific Time, except for closed holidays, and weekends.

TAX

If applicable California residence must pay sale tax unless you send us a valid tax reseller number and are in that line of resale business.

Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges unless stated in the auction. In ALL cases, the buyer pays for return shipping.

Larger items are sometimes shipped using freight companies to reduce cost

I use ebay shipping calculator and sometime there calculations are high, if you think the shipping is high, please contact me and I will see about adjusting it for you.

Products are packaged in bulk by 5-100 pieces per box..

Retail Open Box

This is new product in the original packaging but has been opened and possibly used for a short time, usually a demonstration unit. Since these items can not be advertised as Retail product, they are sold as 'Open Box'. They may not include all accessories that usually come with Retail Packaging.

New Pulls/OEM

Products are New, usually purchased in Bulk by us. This equipment was disassembled from whole new units for reselling. Products do not come with software or instructions unless indicated. Products are inspected by us to ensure it is fully functional.

Factory Refurbished

Products are refurbished to the exact manufacturer specifications by the original manufacturer in a certified refurbishing center. Products may be used or unused and have been cleaned, quality checked and tested, they have been serviced if needed by the manufacturer's certified center. Factory Refurbished products can have minor cosmetic blemishes and may or may not come with Manuals, Batteries or Back up Disks, unless indicated.

Refurbished

Products are refurbished by a 3rd part facility, not the original manufacturer. These products may have minor cosmetic blemishes due to normal usage. Products have been tested and generally have never had any defects. Products may or may not come with Manual, Batteries or Back up Disks, unless indicated. We ensure these products are cleaned to our highest standards.

Reconditioned

These products are required to pass a careful assessment and testing by our technicians before they are released to the customer. These products are packaged in their reconditioned form and may include basic accessories such as Cables and/or Batteries, check the item description for detailed list of accessories.

Used Pulls

Products are pulled from a whole used unit for reselling; it is purchased by us in Bulk and may have minor scratches and blemishes. These products do not come with Software or Instructions unless otherwise indicated. We have inspected this product to ensure it is fully functional.
