CONDITION
· All equipment is sold AS-IS, NO Warranty unless otherwise specified in description and ALL sales are final and legally binding.
· Please understand that we do not have the equipment, facilities, or time to fully test every item. If we say the item works, then it was tested to the best of our ability.
· All items and contents are described to the best of our ability. We examine all items and supply all available Make/Model information. We do not have time to get detailed information beyond what is stated in the listing but will try to answer all questions in a timely manner.
POLICY
· If you feel we have grossly misrepresented an item, an RMA can be requested.
· If issued, we will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible within 7 business days of its return OR we will issue store credit for any item in our store for the total sale price including shipping and handling, good for 30 days.
· Any return that does not have an RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
· Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email or phone message.

SHIPPING
· Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges unless stated in the auction. In ALL cases, the buyer pays for return shipping.
· Shipping and handling UPS GROUND or FEDEX is who we prefer to use
· International buyers U.S. Postage Priority Mail contact us for shipping and handling charges
· Larger items are sometimes shipped using freight companies to reduce cost
· I use ebay shipping calculator and sometime their calculations are off, if you think the shipping is high, please contact me and I will do my best to in adjusting it for you.

· Products are pulled from a whole used unit for reselling; it is purchased by us in Bulk and may have minor scratches and blemishes. These products do not come with Software or Instructions unless otherwise indicated. We have inspected this product to ensure it is fully functional.
FACTORY REFURBISHED
· Products are refurbished to the exact manufacturer specifications by the original manufacturer in a certified refurbishing center. Products may be used or unused and have been cleaned, quality checked and tested, they have been serviced if needed by the manufacturer's certified center. Factory Refurbished products can have minor cosmetic blemishes and may or may not come with Manuals, Batteries or Back up Disks, unless indicated.
REFURBISHED
· Products are refurbished by a 3rd part facility, not the original manufacturer. These products may have minor cosmetic blemishes due to normal usage. Products have been tested and generally have never had any defects. Products may or may not come with Manual, Batteries or Back up Disks, unless indicated. We ensure these products are cleaned to our highest standards.
