If sold as “Working” you have 7 days from the date of arrival to test the item or items & notify us if it is not working, failing to do so within the time frame will void any return or exchange policy that was offered. · Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges unless stated in the auction. In ALL cases, the buyer pays for return shipping.

· Shipping and handling UPS GROUND or FEDEX or USPS is who we prefer to use.
