CONDITION

You have 7 days from the date you receive the item or items to test & notify us if it is not working, failing to do so within the time frame will void any return policy that was offered. POLICY
·If you feel we have grossly misrepresented an item, an RMA can be requested. You have 7 days from the date you receive the item or items to test & notify us if it is not working and states in the listing working.
·If issued, we will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible within 7 business days of its return OR we will issue store credit for any item in our store for the total sale price including shipping and handling, good for 30 days.
·Any return that does not have an RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
·Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email or phone message.
