CONDITION

· Most of our items listed are posted and sold either NEW, AS-IS or USED. If sold “NEW OR USED” you have 7 days from the date of arrival (DOA) to test the item or items & notify us if it is not working, failing to do so within the time frame will void any return policy that was offered. NO Warranty unless otherwise specified in description. There are no refunds or exchanges or returns for items that are sold AS IS.

· It is your responsibility to verify the software or the capability of an item you purchase prior to purchasing it, to confirm it works with what you have. No refund will be given if item is working but not compatible with your equipment. In most cases this can be negotiated, but it must be done prior to your purchase. .

· Please, understand that we do not have the equipment, facilities, or time to fully test every item. If we say the item works, then it was tested to the best of our ability.

· All, items and contents are described to the best of our ability. We examine all items and supply all available Make/Model information. We do not have time to get detailed information beyond what is stated in the listing but will try to answer all questions in a timely manner.

· Items sometimes show the serial number, due to the fact that sometimes we have multiple items for sale you might not get the one in the photo, the item will be in as good or better condition than the photo shown.

POLICY

· If you feel we have misrepresented an item, please contact me either by email or telephone or through ebay and give me the opportunity to work it out with you. With most items you have 7 days from the date you receive the item or items to test & notify us if it is not working. However, some items are sold “AS IS”.

· We will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible within 7 business days of its return OR we will issue store credit for any item in our store for the total sale price including shipping and handling, good for 30 days.

· Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email or phone message.

HOURS OF OPERATION

· We are open Monday - Friday, 8-5 Pacific Time, except for closed holidays, and weekends. However, I do check my ebay account throughout the weekend.

TAX

· If applicable California residence must pay sale tax unless you send us a valid tax reseller number and are in that line of resale business.

SHIPPING

· Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges unless stated in the auction. In ALL cases, the buyer pays for return shipping.

· We are Not Responsible for any damages or missing shipment if insurance is not purchased.

· Expedited Shipping is usually always available for an additional fee.

· Shipping and handling UPS GROUND or FEDEX or USPS is who we prefer to use. Our listing usually only offer UPS Ground , however if you are wanting faster shipping, please make a note of that in the message box and I will confirm the price and send you a new invoice. · Larger items are sometimes shipped using freight companies to reduce cost

Products may be used or unused and have been cleaned, quality checked and tested, they have been serviced if needed by the manufacturer's certified center. Factory Refurbished products can have minor cosmetic blemishes and may or may not come with Manuals, Batteries or Back up Disks, unless indicated.

REFURBISHED

· Products are refurbished by a 3rd part facility, not the original manufacturer. These products may have minor cosmetic blemishes due to normal usage.
