CONDITION

If sold “Working” you have 7 days from the date of arrival (DOA) to test the item or items & notify us if it is not working, failing to do so within the time frame will void any return policy that was offered. · Items sometimes show the serial number, due to the fact that sometimes we have multiple items for sale you might not get the one in the photo, the item will be in as good or better condition than the photo shown.

POLICY

· If you feel we have misrepresented an item, please contact me either by email or telephone or through ebay and give me the opportunity to work it out with you. With most items you have 7 days from the date you receive the item or items to test & notify us if it is not working. However, some items are sold “AS IS”.

· We will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible within 7 business days of its return OR we will issue store credit for any item in our store for the total sale price including shipping and handling, good for 30 days.

· Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email or phone message.

· We are open Monday - Friday, 8-5 Pacific Time, except for closed holidays, and weekends. However, I do check my ebay account throughout the weekend.

SHIPPING
