· Most of our items listed are posted and sold either AS-IS or WORKING. If sold as “Working” you have 7 days from the date of arrival to test the item or items & notify us if it is not working, failing to do so within the time frame will void any return or exchange policy that was offered. NO Warranty unless otherwise specified in description. There are no refunds or exchanges or returns for items that are sold AS IS.
1 It is your responsibility to verify the software or the capability of an item you purchase prior to purchasing it, to confirm it works with what you have. No refund will be given if item is working but not compatible with your equipment. In most cases this can be negotiated, but it must be done prior to your purchase. .
· Please, understand that we do not have the equipment, facilities, or time to fully test every item. If we say the item works, then it was tested to the best of our ability.
· All, items and contents are described to the best of our ability. We examine all items and supply all available Make/Model information. We do not have time to get detailed information beyond what is stated in the listing but will try to answer all questions in a timely manner.
1 Items sometimes show the serial number, due to the fact that sometimes we have multiple items for sale you might not get the one in the photo, the item will be in as good or better condition than the photo shown.
POLICY
· If you feel we have misrepresented an item, please contact me either by email or telephone or through ebay and give me the opportunity to work it out with you. · First, we will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible, if you have notified us of the problem within 7 business days of receiving the item.

· Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges unless stated in the auction. In ALL cases, the buyer pays for return shipping.

· Shipping and handling UPS GROUND or FEDEX or USPS is who we prefer to use. Our listing usually only offer UPS Ground , however if you are wanting faster shipping, please make a note of that in the message box and I will confirm the price and send you a new invoice. · International buyers U.S. Postage Priority Mail contact us for shipping and handling charges. If you prefer you may also provide us with your shipping accounts to be used for the item or items.

· Orders are shipped on weekdays only.
