POLICY
·If you feel we have grossly misrepresented an item, please contact me either by email or telephone or through ebay and give me the opportunity to work it out with you. You have 7 days from the date you receive the item or items to test & notify us if it is not working and states in the listing working.
·We will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible within 7 business days of its return OR we will issue store credit for any item in our store for the total sale price including shipping and handling, good for 30 days.
·Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email or phone message.

HOURS OF OPERATION
·We are open Monday - Friday, 8-5 Pacific Time, except for closed holidays, and weekends. However, I do check my ebay account throughout the weekend.

·Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges unless stated in the auction. In ALL cases, the buyer pays for return shipping.
