CONDITION
·Most of our items listed are posted and sold either AS-IS or WORKING. Ifsold “Working” you have 7 days from the date of arrival(DOA) to test the item or items & notify us if it is not working, failingto do so within the time frame will void any return policy that wasoffered. NO Warranty unless otherwise specified in description. There areno refunds or exchanges or returns for items that are sold AS IS.
· It is your responsibility to verify the softwareor the capability of an item you purchase prior to purchasing it, to confirm itworks with what you have. No refund will be given if item is working but notcompatible with your equipment. In most cases this can be negotiated, but itmust be done prior to your purchase. .
·Please, understand that we do not have the equipment, facilities, ortime to fully test every item. If we say the item works, then it was tested tothe best of our ability.
·All, items and contents are described to the best of our ability. Weexamine all items and supply all available Make/Model information. We do nothave time to get detailed information beyond what is stated in the listing butwill try to answer all questions in a timely manner.
· Items sometimes show the serial number, due tothe fact that sometimes we have multiple items for sale you might not get theone in the photo, the item will be in as good or better condition than thephoto shown.

·If you feel we have misrepresented an item, please contact me either byemail or telephone or through ebay and give me the opportunity to work it outwith you. With most items you have 7 days from the date you receive the item oritems to test & notify us if it is not working. However, some items aresold “AS IS”.
·We will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as closeto the original description as possible within 7 business days of its return ORwe will issue store credit for any item in our store for the total sale priceincluding shipping and handling, good for 30 days.
